RACE INCLUSIONS:

• 3 Meals a day. You will be well looked after with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of your tour.
• All stages of the race feature fully stocked water points with a great range of fuel items to keep you going. 
• First aid and off-road rescue teams on the route and at start/finish venues.
• Sweep vehicles and backup vehicles will be available throughout the tour.
• Luxury accommodation in great hotels, lodges and guest houses.
• Bike rinse and lube is available after each stage.
• Event Point Transfers. All transfers between finish venues, accommodation and evening functions in luxury vehicles.
• All entries include a stunning race pack.

RACE EXCLUSIONS:

• Any accommodation before the race starts (any accommodation on/before registration day) and any accommodation after stage 6 in the Botrivier.
• Any transfers before the race officially starts (stage 1) and any transfers after stage 6 in the Botrivier.
• Additional transfers: i.e. should you withdraw from the event for whatever reason and need to be transferred to the nearest airport or some other location *Our transfers partner ‘Tours4SA’ will be able to provide this service and any cost need to be settled directly with them.
• Any medical costs other than routine first aid. It is imperative that you have your own medical aid in order.
• Any bike mechanical services, bike maintenance, repairs, spare parts, etc. will be charged by the bike service teams.
• Full bike maintenance packages will be available to purchase prior to the event from our service providers.
• Massages to be booked directly with our official physio team.
